### Job Overview

As a Sales Manager II at Swiggy, you will be responsible for acquiring and engaging single-outlet independent restaurants across an assigned city. You will serve as the primary touchpoint for these restaurants, learning their business, understanding their challenges, and building a partnership to help them drive growth in orders, visibility, and customer engagement.

### Key Responsibilities

- Own a defined geographic territory and build strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners.

- Conduct in-person visits to walk restaurants through product demos, ROI analysis, and present how working with Swiggy is mutually beneficial.

- Use consultative selling techniques to diagnose restaurant needs and position Swiggy's products as solutions.

- Manage the full lifecycle of each restaurant partner, including pitching, negotiation, activation, and ongoing support.

- Track adoption metrics, identify issues, troubleshoot, and course-correct.

- Own targets within your territory and track your own pipeline and conversion rates.

- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Excel/Googlesheet/WSP for data-related tasks.

- Stay updated on restaurant trends, competitive landscape, and local market dynamics.

- Conduct 80 to 90 in-person meetings with restaurant partners a month.

### Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development, preferably in FMCG, food/beverage, or hotel industry.

- Track record of meeting or exceeding targets and managing your own pipeline.

- Comfort with data, especially Excel, with ability to build pivot tables, use VLOOKUP, and create dashboards.

- Post-graduated preferably in marketing or sales.
