## Description

We are seeking a Trade Marketing POS Specialist to join our team in Istanbul, Turkey.

As a Trade Marketing POS Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating in-store activities to maximize the potential of the Red Bull brand in trade while maintaining the brand personality and values. You will lead the strategy and enable execution via Distribution Partner Key Accounts and Trade Marketing Manager counterparts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Executing the In Store Communication Plan to meet sales and marketing objectives

- Creating and developing communication channels for Red Bull initiatives at internal, trade, and shopper levels

- Implementing and adapting POS tools

- Managing the Trade Marketing POS budget

- Collaborating with the DP sales team to advise on accounts and lead channel-specific marketing strategies

- Establishing internal networks with Communications, Brand, Sales, and Finance teams

- Analyzing data to identify opportunities and challenges

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in the FMCG sector, ideally in Trade, Category, Brand, or Key Account field

- Understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, consumer and shopper behavior, category management, and business insights in FMCG

- Strong planning and organizational skills

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects to meet deadlines

- Strong collaboration, communication, influence, and impact skills

- Proactive working style and initiative-taking

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strategic thinking
