## Description

We are seeking a Director, Government Affairs, Federal, to serve as CoreWeave's relationship leader with Congress, the Administration, and key federal agencies. Based in Washington, D.C., and reporting to the VP, Government Affairs, you will shape and advance CoreWeave's agenda on AI, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity, driving headlines and outcomes.

In this role, you will:

- Lead a disciplined engagement cadence with priority committees and agencies and drive follow-ups to completion.

- Advance positions on responsible AI, privacy alignment, cloud security, procurement pathways, and critical infrastructure.

- Build CoreWeave's profile with priority federal policymakers as a credible, expert voice on AI infrastructure, national competitiveness, and responsible energy development.

- Translate federal policy developments, including executive actions, budget decisions, AI rulemakings, and procurement rules, into timely and actionable intelligence for product, sales, and business teams.

- Support political planning and events in partnership with Legal and compliance partners.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in federal government affairs, public policy, or administration within technology, infrastructure, or related sectors. They will have a demonstrated track record advancing legislative and regulatory priorities, established relationships with key Congressional committees, federal agencies, and Administration stakeholders, and experience driving outcomes across legislation, rulemaking, procurement, and compliance processes.
