## Description

We are seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to join our newly formed Procurement Center of Excellence. As a key member of the Procurement & AP Team, you will provide operational support and work closely with global Sourcing Managers and AP teams.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support the sourcing and procurement organization in meeting its operational goals and priorities.

- Enable execution of procurement strategies and policies, and train stakeholders on P2P platform utilization.

- Ensure consistent application of procurement and AP processes across teams.

- Measure compliance with procurement policies and contracts.

- Manage contracts, metadata, and invoices, and resolve PO issues.

- Provide operational support to Sourcing Managers and AP Supervisors.

**Requirements:**

- 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Operations, or Business Administration.

- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills.

- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work with globally distributed stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.

- Experience with procurement software, intake platforms, and contract management tools.

- Prior experience supporting diverse stakeholder groups.
