## Job Title: Detailer

## What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is excited about our vision to electrify all waterborne vessels and is eager to join our Production team.

## Core Responsibilities

- Cleaning, finishing, and refining metal or composite products

- Removing surface defects like scratches, oxidation, or machining marks to meet quality standards

- Utilizing power tools,such as hand-held buffers, die grinders, or orbital sanders,to achieve polished, polished, or buffed finishes

## Basic Qualifications

- Proficiency using mechanical and electric hand tools

- Extensive experience inspecting and repairing composite (carbon & fiberglass) structures

- Ability to stand 6-10 hours per day, work sitting, standing, hands over head and lift up to 50 lbs

## Bonus Qualifications

- High school degree or GED certification

- Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

- Experience with welding, composites, or interiors

- Comfortable pushing an intense but sustainable pace

- Enthusiasm for boating and clean energy
