As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will play a strategic technical leadership role for existing enterprise customers in Korea, focusing on the manufacturing and Hi-Tech sectors.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing and driving technical expansion strategies for Snowflake's customer portfolio in Korea

- Collaborating with Account Executives to increase customer adoption, workload expansion, and growth into various business lines

- Designing and delivering demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase Snowflake's value proposition

- Providing technical advisory services to customers and influencing their data, analytics, and AI strategies

- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Partner organizations

- Representing Snowflake at industry events, workshops, and executive briefings

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing solution engineering

- Strong understanding of modern data stacks, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data lakes, data science, generative AI, and data applications

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Proficiency in SQL and Spark

- Business-level English language skills

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with large-scale cloud data and AI platform implementations

- Programming and scripting skills (Python, Java, Spark, etc.)

- Experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms, sales, or technical support

- Strong stakeholder management and value-based selling skills
