## Description

We are seeking a Senior Brand Creative Manager to join our Growth team remotely in the APAC region.

**Job Overview** As a Senior Brand Creative Manager, you will be responsible for the ideation, scriptwriting, and production of visual assets across overseas markets, including brand videos, UA performance ad creatives, community UGC viral hooks, and app store visual storefronts.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop creative strategies and produce high-quality visual assets for various markets

- Formulate customized creative strategies aligned with seasonal themes or IP collaborations

- Maintain premium international aesthetic standards and ensure deliverables resonate with local cultural sensibilities

- Guide and collaborate with visual designers, 3D/video editors, and external vendors to execute creative concepts efficiently

- Analyze full-funnel performance metrics and optimize creative assets accordingly

**Requirements**

- 5+ years of experience in overseas gaming brand video production

- Highly proficient in video editing software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro

- Expertise in Motion Graphics and 2D animation is highly preferred

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film & Advertising, or related fields is preferred

- Professional working proficiency in Chinese and English is required; fluency in Japanese is a plus

**Nice to Have**

- Experience with VFX plugins and cinematic lens language

- Strong passion for and deep understanding of global pop culture, anime/manga IPs, or the Virtual YouTuber ecosystem
