## Description

We are seeking a Product Owner to spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. You will harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionise our digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and improve software using various engineering methodologies to provide business, platform, and technology capabilities.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.

- Ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

- Stay informed about industry technology trends and innovations.

- Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.

- Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

**Expectations**

- Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.

- Manage and maintain policies and processes.

- Deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies and procedures.

- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.

**Requirements**

- Corporate Payments & Bulk Payment Processing expertise.

- Agile Product Ownership, Backlog Management, and PI Planning experience.

- Stakeholder Management and Requirements Definition skills.

- Technical understanding of APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Payment Platforms.

**Nice to Have**

- ISO 20022, SWIFT, CHAPS, SEPA, ACH, RTGS knowledge.

- Data-driven Product Management and OKR ownership experience.

- Payments Risk, Controls, and Regulatory Compliance experience.

- Payment Platform Transformation and Cloud Modernisation experience.
