## Description

Join the Red Bull team as an Events Marketing Specialist Hors Domicile in Paris, Île-de-France, France.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced events marketing specialist to join our team. As an Events Marketing Specialist Hors Domicile, you will be responsible for managing event projects and developing partnerships in the out-of-home industry, including bars, clubs, festivals, and nightlife events.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple event projects simultaneously from conception to execution and evaluation

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders

- Negotiate and secure partnerships with key players in the out-of-home industry

- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals

Requirements:

- Higher education degree, ideally in business school or specialised in events, marketing, or communications

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in events project management and/or partnership development

- Significant experience in the out-of-home industry and events (bars, clubs, festivals, nightlife events)

- Strong event project management, negotiation, and partnership development skills

- Good understanding of commercial issues, trade marketing, and performance drivers in the out-of-home industry

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a dynamic environment

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create and develop a professional network

- Autonomous, rigorous, organised, and solution-oriented

- Entrepreneurial spirit, creative, and ability to turn ideas into concrete projects

- Strong analytical and synthesis skills

- Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a demanding environment

- Professional English

Benefits:

- Annual gross salary: 45,000 to 54,000 euros on 13 months depending on qualifications, skills, and experience, + variable part

- Travel: 50-60%
