## Description

TaskUs is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team and provide the best possible customer experience to clients. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for making sure that KPIs are being met consistently, coming up with ways to effectively make each employee reach their best potential, and devising effective plans to help employees reach their targets.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of related working experience, preferably in customer experience operations and management, with strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy.

The role involves managing relationships, developing people, and analyzing situations and data. You will also be required to participate in wellness coaching sessions and other wellness programs.
