## Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Experience Designer to join the EA SPORTS UFC team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Senior Experience Designer, you will help define the next generation of our franchise and play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for millions of players.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design of intuitive, responsive, and engaging user flows, wireframes, and prototypes across different platforms.

- Collaborate closely with creative, technical, and product partners to shape outstanding, player-centric experiences from concept through final delivery.

- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to more junior designers on the team.

- Establish design standards and exercise judgment on where to enforce consistency versus empowering feature-specific customization.

Requirements:

- 5-8+ years of experience in game development, experience design, or a related product design field.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and showcasing your expertise in creating user-centered design solutions.

- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Suites, or similar).

- Experience creating and maintaining clear design documentation, including user flow diagrams, wireframes, and design specifications.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Nice to have:

- Experience working on live service or AAA games.

- A passion for video games and interactive entertainment.

- A strong interest in the UFC brand.
