## Description

We are seeking a Hostess to join our team at L'Envol, a 2-star Michelin French restaurant located in Hong Kong. As a Hostess, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for our guests.

**Job Summary** As a F&B Service Expert, you will be skilled in a wide range of event functions and able to take the initiative to deliver exceptional service to ensure that guests' experiences are well taken care of from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

- Setting tables and event materials

- Communicating with the kitchen

- Interacting and serving guests

- Cleaning work areas and supplies

- Making transactions feel like part of the experience

**Responsibilities**

- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures

- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager

- Complete safety training and certifications

- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional

- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

- Protect company assets

- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards

- Speak with others using clear and professional language

- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others

- Support team to reach common goals

- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time

- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance

**Requirements**

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- At least 1 year of related work experience
