## Description

We are looking for an International On Premise Field Sales Specialist to support field sales excellence across international markets.

You'll identify execution opportunities, analyse performance, share best practices, and provide recommendations to improve field sales effectiveness.

Working closely with local teams, you'll develop and implement execution frameworks and coverage approaches that support commercial success.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting field sales excellence standards across international markets

- Collecting insights, identifying opportunities, and sharing best practices

- Evaluating and optimising coverage models, outlet segmentation approaches, and execution frameworks

- Analysing data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations

- Collaborating with Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing, and Field Teams

- Facilitating knowledge sharing, documenting best practices, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of field sales execution

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- 5+ years of experience in field sales or field-based commercial roles

- Strong understanding of field sales execution, route-to-market models, and commercial drivers

- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and interpret performance data

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Advanced PowerPoint skills

- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage
