## Description

We are seeking an Architect Design Manager to join our expanding Architectural team at WSP Architecture in Scotland. As a Design Manager, you will lead a dynamic design team in the delivery of a significant project, working closely with clients and contractors. You will be responsible for demonstrating agile thinking, focused direction, and motivation, with measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a design team in the delivery of a complex build programme of national significance

- Working with architectural design processes to simplify complex design and logistical challenges

- Using Revit and BIM360

- Collaborating with and managing design and technical delivery as part of a wider WSP consultant team

- Communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Qualified Architect with experience post Chartership

- Design manager and architectural major project experience

- Working knowledge and use of Revit and BIM360

- Willingness to travel on occasion

- Ability to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
