## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Analytics Team Lead to shape and lead the OPS Analytics team at Red Bull's headquarters in Austria.

As the successful candidate, you will guide the delivery of analytics products and transformation initiatives across downstream processes, including transportation, warehousing, and production. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to improve processes, enable smarter decisions, and create measurable business value.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing analytics team

- Foster a culture of trust, accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth

- Partner with business, global data, and IT teams to connect supply chain processes, data, and technology to deliver scalable analytics solutions

- Own a transparent roadmap for analytics products, projects, and team development, balancing strategic ambition with pragmatic, value-focused delivery

- Take entrepreneurial ownership of budgets, resources, and external partners to ensure sustainable business value

- Keep measurable business outcomes at the heart of every initiative and challenge constructively to deliver analytics solutions that improve decision-making and operational performance

**Requirements:**

- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

- Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Procurement, or Production, combined with a strong understanding of analytics, data products, and digital transformation

- Fluent English skills; German is an advantage

- Experience with SAP Analytics, SAP Business Data Cloud, and/or Snowflake, including an understanding of SAP source-system data products and how they can be used to enable scalable analytics solutions

- Several years of experience leading, developing, and motivating analytics, business solutions, or cross-functional delivery teams

- Strong business understanding, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments across functions, markets, and seniority levels

- Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to challenge constructively

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
