## Description

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our Convenience store in Cambridge. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering excellent customer experiences, and driving business results.

Our Convenience Store Managers have full control over their shop. They’re accountable leaders who ensure we deliver on our purpose to make good food, joyful, accessible and affordable for everyone, every day.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a team of Customer and Trading Managers

- Planning and preparing for upcoming trading activity

- Ensuring the store is safe and compliant with regulations

- Using data and insight to inform planning and improve performance

- Managing employee relations cases, including dismissals

- Leading change and delivering engagement on purpose whilst managing team wellbeing

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience leading an operation with accountabilities for delivering customer, financial and organisational outcomes

- Experience managing ER cases, including dismissings, and confidently understanding and interpreting HR policies

- Ability to lead change and deliver engagement on purpose whilst managing team wellbeing

- Strong leadership and communication skills
