## Description

We are seeking a Director of Chinese Restaurant Operation / Chinese Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant and kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, improving guest and employee satisfaction, and maximizing financial performance.

**Job Summary** The Director of Chinese Restaurant Operation / Chinese Restaurant Manager will manage all restaurant and kitchen operations and staff on a daily basis. This includes Restaurants/Bars, Room Service, and Kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage, culinary, or event management.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage day-to-day operations, including estimating food and beverage consumption, maintaining service and sanitation standards, and ordering equipment and supplies.

- Develop and maintain food and beverage goals, create business plans, and integrate objectives to achieve business goals.

- Manage budgets, identify financial opportunities, and make sound financial decisions.

- Lead and develop a high-performing food and beverage team, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching.

- Ensure exceptional customer service, respond to guest complaints, and implement corrective actions.

- Manage human resource activities, including performance appraisals, training, and employee development.

**Requirements**

- High school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field.

- 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 4 years of experience.
