As a Public Sector Enterprise Account Executive, you'll drive growth and success in Brazil's Public Sector, identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of our solutions.

## Responsibilities

- Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users

- Identify net-new customers through outbound prospecting and work with existing customers to increase consumption

- Manage the full sales cycle for all MongoDB Products & Services

- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets

- Build a sales pipeline in Salesforce and Clari while maximizing prospecting tools

- Collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnerships

## Requirements

- 5+ years of field experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on working within the Public sector

- Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategies

- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets

- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology

- Fluent in English

- Located in our hub of São Paulo, Brazil

## Nice to Have

- Passionate about growing your career in the largest market in software (database)

- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)

- Familiarity with databases, develops and open source technology a plus
