## Description

Capital One's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Associate Recruiter to join the Enterprise Services Recruiting Team. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, and provide consulting and guidance to Talent Acquisition teams.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers and business leads to understand unique talent needs

- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating position descriptions, sourcing candidates, and negotiating job offers

- Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent

- Work cross-functionally with a team of high-performing recruiters

- Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners

- Source stellar candidates using innovative sourcing techniques

Basic Qualifications:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification

- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting

- 3+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers

- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in compensation and general HR requirements

This role is designated as a hybrid position, requiring adherence to Capital One's hybrid policy. The salary range for this role is $96,500 - $110,100 per year.
