## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the Enterprise Deployment team. As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the Field CTO and Enterprise Deployment leads to manage their teams' workflow, understand business opportunities, and individual skills of team members.

Responsibilities:

- Become an expert on the strengths of the Enterprise Deployment team members and staff them on projects thoughtfully

- Track performance of team members and engage with their leads and people they work closely with

- Coordinate recruitment and hiring with the internal Talent team

- Own the onboarding process for new team members

- Prepare for team meetings and ensure effective use of time

- Track the Enterprise Deployment OKRs and provide regular updates on their progress

- Plan team co-locations and act as a liaison between the deployment team and other parts of the organisation

Location: This role is remote and can be executed globally, but London, England is preferred.
