As a Managing Consultant – Performance Analytics Advisors & Consulting Services, you will lead client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements. You will develop analytics strategies and programs for large, regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.

Responsibilities:

- Lead client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements

- Develop analytics strategies and programs for large, regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value

- Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and independently assess client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness

- Lead team to create insights and sound business recommendations, and deliver impactful client presentations while growing team members' roles and skills

- Provide analytical and day-to-day project delivery team leadership, and create a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels

- Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital

- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience working on business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics projects

- Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders

- Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings

- Proficiency using data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS)

- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

- Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Able to communicate effectively in English and the local office language

- Eligible to work in the country where they are applying and for travel visas as required by travel needs
