As a Sales Manager, you will define and deploy an innovative commercial strategy, identify new markets, and create sustainable partnerships with travel agencies, companies, and event organisers.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve hotel objectives

- Identify new markets and target segments (corporate, leisure, groups, etc.)

- Create lasting partnerships with travel agencies, companies, and event organisers

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified customer experience

- Promote the hotel's accommodation and dining options in conjunction with relevant departments

- Work closely with Accor's luxury sales teams to maintain relationships with agencies and identify new development opportunities

- Travel to your markets to participate in trade shows and events

- Monitor performance indicators and adjust actions to meet targets

- Analyse industry trends, competition, and market developments

Requirements:

- Higher education in commerce, marketing, or hospitality

- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role (knowledge of Accor and the Geneva market is an asset)

- Fluent English, both written and spoken

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Autonomy, structure, and results-oriented mindset, with a strong team spirit

- Curiosity and proactivity, with a passion for analysis and proposing new ideas

- Proficiency in PMS and reporting tools (Office Pack, hotel software such as OPERA CLOUD, etc.)
