## Description

The Boeing Company is seeking a C-17 Product Repair & Modification Technician to support Boeing Global Services in Al Mubarak Air Base Kuwait.

This position is part of the on-site C-17 Globemaster III Integrated Sustainment Program maintenance team supporting the Kuwait Air Force (KAF) C-17 aircraft.

The successful candidate will participate in organisational level maintenance activities, such as flight line tasks including aircraft servicing, inspections, fault diagnosis, and component replacement.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the assembly, disassembly, and modification of systems by changing, removing, replacing, or upgrading aerospace vehicle components

- Oversee assembly, disassembly, or overhaul

- Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment

- Direct troubleshooting of complex pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems

- Oversee validation and verification testing of systems and components

- Document procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance

- Inspect components and verify repairs for flight worthiness requirements

- Lead and supervise others to perform tasks associated with the safe handling of an aerospace vehicle

- Provide training and mentor others

Requirements:

- 5+ years of C-17 maintenance experience

- Current or ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance

- Ability to obtain a work visa depending on requirements of the country

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in avionics systems
