## Description

Join ZoomInfo's sales team as a Manager, Sales Development. You'll lead a team of diverse, mission-driven sales professionals to the next level. Responsibilities include:

- Building and training the Mid Market Sales Development team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities

- Shaping the future of AI-native selling through exposure to emerging GTM workflows, agents, automation, and modern prospecting strategies

- Defining performance metrics for SDRs

- Coaching SDRs through shadowing, role plays, process improvement, and performance reporting

- Partnering with marketing and Account Management teams to develop campaigns

- Leveraging creative marketing and sales tactics to prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas

- Managing SDR reports and dashboards

- Iterating on the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training, and enablement

- Assisting with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new Sales Development Representatives

Requirements:

- 1+ year of management experience in Mid-Market or Enterprise sales or sales development

- Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at a fast-growing company

- Deep understanding of the outbound SDR motion and how to motivate early career sellers

- Drive to continue innovation and evolution of the SDR role through usage of AI and other tools

- Experience selling a GTM solution is a plus

- Ability to attract, retain, and motivate exceptional team members

- Experience prospecting into Mid-Market accounts

- Excellent active listening skills

- Passion for customers and building authentic relationships

- General understanding of ZoomInfo offerings

- Broad knowledge of the sales technology ecosystem, including Salesforce

- Experience with prospecting tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo

The US base salary range for this position is $70,500.00 - $105,000.00 + variable compensation + benefits.
