## Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team at AVL Hungary Kft., a leading research and development center in powertrain systems.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including profile matching, candidate screening, and onboarding.

- Support the smooth integration and onboarding of new employees.

- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other employment-related documentation.

- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to employees and managers on various HR-related topics.

- Implement, prepare, and continuously improve HR processes.

- Handle administrative tasks related to the entire employee lifecycle.

- Prepare HR-related reports, statements, presentations, and other documentation.

- Support HR projects and take responsibility for assigned project tasks.

**Requirements:**

- University degree.

- Previous experience in an HR Generalist role or a similar position.

- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach.

- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.

- Fluent Hungarian language knowledge.

- Good command of English, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage.
