## Description

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Floor Housekeeper to join our team at Soho House Roma. You will have at least 1 year of experience in high-profile hotel operations and a natural talent for first-class service.

As part of our Soho House team, your role is to ensure that our members have an extraordinary experience every time they stay with us. With a natural flair for hospitality, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun, and make an impact.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting areas;

- Ensure that all linens, towels, and toiletries are presented impeccably and replaced if necessary;

- Personalize the member's experience by respecting Soho House standards for room setup and atmosphere, including specific lighting, toiletries, and exclusive fragrances;

- Disinfect bathrooms, including cleaning sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors;

- Stock and arrange toiletries according to Soho House guidelines;

- Collect, wash, dry, fold, and return members' clothing items;

- Report any repairs or maintenance needs to the responsible manager to maintain exceptional service standards;

- Ensure that all areas are presentable and meet House standards;

- Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with members.

Attitude and Skills:

- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues;

- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy;

- Positive mentality;

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry;

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high performance;

- Customer-oriented and friendly;

- Attention to detail and structured work style;

- Good linguistic skills in English and Italian.
