## Description

We are looking for a Senior Executive to join our Warehouse team at Swiggy Instamart in Mumbai.

As a Senior Executive - Warehouse, you will be responsible for managing warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and reverse logistics.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage warehouse processes, including stock audit and shrinkage reduction

- Oversee manpower management and drive process improvements on the ground

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

- Plan and manage reverse logistics, and identify root causes of inventory deviations

- Drive productivity and improve cost efficiency

- Implement FEFO and FIFO management practices

- Collaborate with the Dark Store operations team for seamless material movement

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the F&V sector

- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets

- Ability to work as a team player in a target-driven environment

- Willingness to work in shifts (day and night)
