## Description

Figma Weave is seeking an Events Manager to build its real-world presence through major industry conferences and standalone events, driving brand awareness and enterprise pipeline growth.

This strategic and hands-on role involves deciding which events to participate in, owning content and brand experiences at major conferences, running standalone events, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure every event contributes to business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing event strategies tied to brand awareness and pipeline goals

- Managing event budgets and tracking performance metrics

- Collaborating with sales teams to align events with lead generation and pipeline objectives

- Coordinating with agencies and vendors to deliver event experiences

- Representing Figma Weave in front of senior stakeholders

Requirements:

- Experience in running enterprise or industry events

- Comfort working with sales teams on pipeline-driven motions

- Ability to manage agencies and service providers

- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in creative tech, design platforms, or AI tools

- Background in building brand awareness campaigns
