You'll be responsible for managing customer relations, handling escalated customer cases, and ensuring premium customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in customer relations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Ein Studienplatz für Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -ingenieurwesen oder -informatik, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Marketing oder Vertrieb oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (mindestens im 3. Semester oder im Gap Year zwischen Bachelor und Master)

- Spaß an der Arbeit im Team

- Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
