## Description

We are seeking an AI Adoption Manager to work with our Innovation team at Deutsche Bank. You will design and deliver scalable, resilient AI solutions from concept to production, working with AI developers and users across the bank.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Accelerate design and delivery of high-quality software products using AI and advanced data-driven technologies

- Provide hands-on technical support and establish engineering standards

- Collaborate with AI colleagues to ensure successful technical delivery of innovation initiatives

- Identify, evaluate, and execute high-impact AI use-cases with cross-functional teams

- Shape and evolve AI architecture and best practices with our innovation team and developer community

- Communicate technical concepts and results effectively to technical and non-technical audiences

**Requirements:**

- University degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, physics, economics)

- Experience in applying AI, machine learning, and/or data science in business and/or academia

- Experience designing and delivering production-grade AI and software products in enterprise environments

- Strong knowledge of Python and ideally one other programming language, as well as relevant data science or engineering frameworks

- Knowledge of GCP or another major cloud platform
