## Description

We're seeking a motivated Proposal Manager to join our RFP Central team at Zendesk.

As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for managing proposals, ensuring timely completion and submission of high-quality bid responses.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and executing bids, including coordinating kickoff meetings and meeting deadlines

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft compelling responses to complex technical requirements

- Maintaining ownership of the final Main RFP Response Document

- Providing feedback to refine and enhance engagement processes

- Coaching the sales team on procurement best practices and winning patterns

Required skills:

- Technical writing expertise with 1-2+ years of experience

- Strong project management skills

- Excellent strategic communication and writing skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
