## Description

We are seeking a strategic problem solver and intellectually curious associate to join our Capital One Auto Finance Team as a Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

You will be responsible for financial forecasting, reporting, modeling, and building strong relationships with technology business partners supporting our Refinance business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Ownership of budgeting and forecasting for areas of responsibility

- Delivering accurate and meaningful financial management analyses to enable partners to meet their financial and business objectives

- Providing transparency on costs and drivers, and clearly communicating risks and opportunities to budget targets

- Addressing and delivering on ad-hoc requests and special projects

- Independently managing and prioritizing your workload

- Demonstrating a passion to learn and continuously develop traditional FP&A and technical skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

- At least 2 years’ experience in financial analysis

- At least 2 years’ experience with financial modeling

Preferred qualifications include:

- 3+ years’ experience in financial analysis

- 3+ years’ experience with financial modeling

- 1+ years’ experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

In terms of compensation, the minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:

- Plano, TX: $87,700 - $100,100

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
