## Description

As a Customer Experience Manager at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences across the store. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality service, manage front-end operations, and oversee daily activities to meet customer commitments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the overall customer experience across the store

- Leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional customer service

- Overseeing front-end operations, including checkout and petrol station management

- Making sure all colleagues are given direction and support to deliver for the customer

- Managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment

- A track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and coaching others to do the same

- Experience leading teams in a dynamic, customer-facing environment

- Proven success in delivering against a wide range of KPIs

- Experience managing complex people matters, including performance, absence, and formal employee relations cases
