## Description

We are seeking an After-Hours Experience Associate to join our Community Team in Bozeman, Montana. As the first point of contact for Kiln community members, you will act as the 'face' of Kiln on an on-call basis, varying between 0-10 hours a week. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that after-hours events run smoothly, assisting guests with any inquiries or issues.

The ideal candidate will personify Kiln's core values, strive to achieve our mission, and create a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between members. You will also be responsible for ensuring that assigned Kiln facilities are fully operational and processes are running smoothly, driving growth and promotion of Kiln-provided service offerings, and taking direction from the Community Director to support the Community Team as required.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing a cheerful and friendly greeting to team members, Kiln members, and guests

- Serving as a point of contact for event attendees, vendors, and staff during events

- Assisting with the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment

- Ensuring a high level of customer service and addressing any guest inquiries

- Providing feedback and suggestions for future event improvements

- Participating in the teardown and cleanup of event spaces

Requirements:

- Partial completion of a college degree preferred, not required

- Office management or administrative experience

- Customer service or support experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills

- Demonstrates integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, follow-through, and empathy

- Passion for entrepreneurial communities and understanding of Kiln's mission and values

- Proficient in basic computer skills
