## Description

The Store Management job is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position.

As a Store Management trainee, you will participate in a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training program that includes both virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Communicating effectively with your team, both verbally and in writing

- Providing high levels of customer service

- Executing merchandising strategies to support store sales growth

- Managing store inventory and assets to maintain profitability

As a Store Management trainee, you will be expected to:

- Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion

- Support your store as a management team member and lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies

- Engage your colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health

- Be willing to accept promotion roles within your designated market

Requirements for this role include:

- High school diploma or GED

- Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree

- Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor

- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market

- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs

- Willingness to accept a promotion to Store Manager role at any location in the designated market

This is a full-time position with anticipated weekly hours of 45.

The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $28.67 per hour.
