## Description

This position provides back-office support to the claims operations by performing accurate data entry, document management, and routine reporting while ensuring timely and quality claims administration.

You will support and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate efficient claims processing. The position follows established procedures, production standards, and confidentiality requirements while contributing to overall operational effectiveness and service quality.

Shift timings - 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST

## Requirements

You will have 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance, finance, healthcare, or BFSI domain, including banking, healthcare insurance, P&C Claims, or back-office experience. Good communication, data entry, and document management skills are required.
