## Description

We are seeking a Multipurpose Maintenance Agent to join our team at the Ibis Saint-Germain-en-Laye hotel, located in the heart of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, just outside Paris.

As a Multipurpose Maintenance Agent, you will be responsible for the technical management and maintenance of the hotel's facilities.

Your main tasks will include:

- Conducting preventive maintenance and repairs on technical installations (electricity, plumbing, etc.)

- Intervening in case of technical issues or malfunctions

- Ensuring the hotel's safety and security systems are functioning properly

- Maintaining the hotel's cleanliness and comfort

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A high level of autonomy and reactivity

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience in a technical field such as electricity, plumbing, or carpentry

- Good communication skills
