## Description

As a Finance Graduate, you will support monthly closing activities and day-to-day accounting operations. You will build a solid understanding of financial reporting, bookkeeping principles, and compliance within an international business environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting Controllers to analyse financial performance, compare actuals versus budget, and inform decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

- Assisting with financial analysis, reporting, and due diligence to evaluate investments, initiatives, and business ideas from a return-on-investment perspective.

- Contributing to business planning, forecasts, and revised estimates, gaining exposure to how strategic and financial planning come together in a dynamic organisation.

You will work closely with stakeholders across departments, developing strong communication skills and a holistic understanding of Red Bull Japan’s business.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Interest in understanding how finance supports business decisions.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.

- Motivation to build a long-term career in Finance.
