As a Youth Aid, you will work in-home or in a centre-based setting, integrating into the environment to help children develop vital skills such as behaviour management, toileting, feeding, and compliance.

We offer paid training to become a Registered Behavioural Technician (RBT), guiding you every step of the way. Our compensation package is competitive, with a salary range of USD 20-28 per hour, flexible hours, and a range of benefits including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and paid maternity leave.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments

- Implement individualised treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA

- Collect data and submit session notes

- Collaborate with peers and supervisors

- Participate in staff meetings and trainings

- Commute to various locations with a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder

- Effective communication in English, verbally and in writing

- Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families

- Valid state identification card

- Reliable transportation

- Pass a criminal background check
