## Description

We are seeking an Area Manager to lead our Wolt Market operations in Kazakhstan. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a team of 6-8 Store Managers and Store Team Leads to run a world-class grocery delivery operation.

Key areas of focus include:

- Safety

- Quality

- Customer experience

- Productivity

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing end-to-end store operations from fulfillment to delivery

- Continuously improving operations with a focus on safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity

- Leading and guiding store leaders and associates to optimize store operations

- Driving the creation of shift schedules, quality initiatives, and process change initiatives

- Reviewing demand forecasts to determine productivity requirements

- Developing optimal store operations in collaboration with the Operations Manager and other team members

Requirements:

- Operations management experience in retail, distribution, or platform economy environments

- Great analytical skills, with Excel being a strong recommendation

- Experience leading teams in stores or similar fields

- Full professional proficiency in English

- Ability to think and act fast operationally with attention to detail

- Hands-on, proactive, practical, and pragmatic attitude with resilience to change
