## Description

Squishable is seeking a Seasonal Retail Store Manager to lead their team during the holiday season at their Westfield Topanga location.

The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They’re organized, adaptable, customer-focused, and ready to jump in wherever needed to keep the store and team running smoothly during the busiest season.

### Responsibilities

- Leading, motivating, and supporting the store team throughout the busy holiday season

- Hiring, onboarding, and quickly preparing seasonal team members to deliver a great Squishable experience

- Driving sales and executing holiday promotions and priorities in partnership with the Regional Manager

- Managing daily store operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, and POS transactions

- Maintaining accurate inventory, timely replenishment, and strong merchandise presentation during high-volume periods

- Creating a fun, welcoming, and efficient experience for customers, even during the busiest shopping days

- Maintaining company policies, operational standards, and a safe and organized store environment

- Jumping in wherever needed to support the team and keep the store running smoothly

### Qualifications

- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to quickly engage, motivate, and organize a seasonal team

- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Highly organized and comfortable balancing multiple priorities during busy periods

- Hands-on team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed

- Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Comfortable with POS systems and basic retail technology

- Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.

- Must be 18 years of age or older

### Compensation

- Salary range for this position is $70,500-$73,000, plus bonus potential
