## Description

We're looking for a talented Suspension Design and Release Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Product Development team, you'll be responsible for leading the development of cost-effective, weight-efficient, and functionally efficient suspension components and systems. Your expertise will help us deliver breakthrough products and services that delight our customers.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Body, CSE, Veh Eng, VO, and Foundation, to ensure that our suspension components and systems meet vehicle-level performance requirements. You'll also engage with suppliers to source new components and systems, conduct technical reviews, and manage changes to parts and systems.

As a Suspension Design and Release Engineer, you'll apply engineering disciplines, including DFMEA, PFMEA, Requirements, Design Rules, Engineering Specifications, DVP&R, Drawings, Control Plans, and SCCAF. You'll also ensure compatibility with interfacing systems and components, including attaching hardware and joint design.
