## Description

You'll be on the front lines of keeping our B2B data accurate, complete, and trustworthy. You will dig deep using advanced internet research techniques and methods to verify, enrich, and classify contact and company profiles at scale.

As a Research Specialist II at ZoomInfo, you are expected to develop a foundational understanding of how ZoomInfo's data ecosystem functions. You will utilise online resources and conduct phone-based research to gather information on contacts and companies. This involves verifying and updating details such as contact information including title, employee information, contact details, company details and more.

Input data into ZoomInfo's system using various internal tools. Accurate and timely data entry is essential for maintaining the integrity and freshness of the database.

Undertake various research projects as assigned, which may include data cleanup initiatives, testing the quality of data sets, and evaluating the performance of data models. These projects contribute to improving the overall quality and reliability of ZoomInfo's data offerings.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an Associate's degree in areas of market research, applied social sciences, economics, business or related field, or 2+ years of equivalent work experience. Some experience in a market research function focusing on secondary research is a plus.

You will need to have excellent computer and research skills, attention to details, ability to detect minor errors in data and make good decisions in ambiguous situations, ability to establish priorities and work independently, strong verbal and written communication skills, and self-motivation.
