You will partner with customers, sales teams, and engineering groups to deliver comprehensive solutions. You will work alongside internal and external partners to deploy Cisco services, maintaining direct relationships with technical staff and management to keep projects on track.

Your responsibilities include:

- Solving technical challenges and leading delivery projects from start to finish

- Creating design plans, writing scripts for automation, and building simulations to test system compatibility

- Sharing knowledge, mentoring team members, and providing consulting recommendations to help clients navigate their own technology transitions

- Acting as a primary point of contact for technical resolution, ensuring that complex problems are addressed quickly and effectively

- Standardizing methods to improve future delivery across the practice

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent with 5–8 years of relevant work experience

- Deep knowledge of wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi 6, 6E, and 7, Cisco wireless controllers, access points, advanced RF design, and comprehensive wireless troubleshooting

- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to manage ambiguous situations and build lasting customer relationships

- Bilingual fluency in Canadian French and English

Preferred qualifications:

- Proficiency in Python, Ansible, and REST APIs to streamline wireless network operations and deployment workflows

- Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly DNA Center), and SD-Access wireless integration

The starting salary range for this position is $120,300.00 to $150,800.00.
