We are looking for AI trainers with native or near-native fluency in Japanese to join our team.

**Responsibilities**

- Annotate, evaluate, and create prompts for AI models

**Requirements**

- Native or near-native fluency in Japanese

- Based in Japan, Singapore, Korea, France, China, UK, Canada, Taiwan, Brazil, Philippines, Thailand, Peru, Indonesia, Germany, Mexico, Vietnam, Malaysia, or New Zealand

- Strong English skills

- Familiarity with digital tools

- Attention to detail and curiosity
