Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We are looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing style advice and excellent customer service

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, even in a high-pressure environment

- Working flexibly to meet the needs of the business and customers

- Contributing to a positive store environment and supporting colleagues

The successful candidate will be able to work part-time hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
