## Description

We're building a finance team that operates like a strategic asset, not a back-office function. As Senior Manager of FP&A, you'll own financial partnership across R&D, G&A, and Cost of Sales , working directly with the CTO, CPO, CFO, and other functional leaders as their primary finance counterpart.

**FP&A Business Partnership**

- Serve as the dedicated finance partner to R&D, Product, Engineering, ZTS, and G&A leadership; owning the full forecast cycle, including AOP/Monthly/Quarterly planning, as well as bottoms-up budget builds, headcount planning, ELT-ready scenario modeling, and investment analysis

- Build and maintain dynamic models covering headcount, OpEx, and unit economics across all assigned functions

- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with sharp variance analysis and a clear point of view

- Proactively surface risks, opportunities, and the financial implications of strategic choices before they become surprises

- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales Finance, and other business units to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes

**Corporate FP&A Support**

- Contribute to core FP&A processes including monthly flux and variance analysis, Board narrative support, and ELT forecast reporting

- Support the Director of FP&A in maintaining and improving corporate financial systems, rollforwards, and planning infrastructure

- Build systems and processes , including agentic workflows and AI-assisted tools , to automate recurring workstreams: variance reporting, commentary, and scenario planning

**What You Bring**

- Technical: Strong financial modeling skills, Excel mastery, and experience with BI tools, data automation, or coding

- Business fluency: Understanding of SaaS and consumption-based economics, and ability to connect R&D investment decisions to product and revenue outcomes

- Executive presence: Comfortable presenting to senior functional leaders, distilling complex financial stories into simple concepts, and holding ground with data

- High EQ: Ability to make business partners better, ask insightful questions, and follow through

- AI fluency: Curiosity about how AI is changing finance work, and experience using AI tools
