## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll be working in a high-pressure environment, specifically during the Christmas period, with varying shifts including Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights from 22:00 to 06:00.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to meet customer demands

- Adapt to changing store demands, working across various areas as needed

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers

Requirements:

- Digital confidence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexibly, including nights and weekends

- Knowledge of M&S Food products an advantage

This is a part-time, temporary role for the Christmas period, with potential for full-time hours during peak weeks.
