## Description

As a Delivery Manager at NEXT's Glasgow Braehead location, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation, and achieve performance targets.

The role involves managing a team to deliver exceptional results, demonstrating a hands-on approach to operational activities, and creating an atmosphere that motivates and supports team members.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation

- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to operational activities

- Creating an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires the team

- Ensuring smooth stockroom processes and driving high standards

- Striving to make stock available to customers as soon as possible

Requirements:

- Passion for customers, people, and products

- Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment

- Great communication skills and ability to work at all levels

- Problem-solving and business decision-making skills

- Experience working to productivity-related performance targets is desirable
