## Description

As an account manager, you will be responsible for finding out the wishes and needs of our business customers. You will have an interest and affinity for the products we sell and easily acquire product knowledge. Building, maintaining, and expanding business relationships is something you enjoy. During the purchase and delivery process of, for example, 20 to 500 new workplaces, you will act as an advisor. For this, you will consult with other departments such as Debtors Management, Purchasing, and Logistics. This way, those 20 workstations are delivered without problems.

You will:

- Find out the wishes and needs of the customer and translate them into the right solution.

- Build, maintain, and expand business relationships.

- Provide the best possible service, even if something goes wrong.

- Learn new things and suggest improvements based on your knowledge.

- Make other colleagues within the team better.
